From all the Persian Blue Salt that reaches us, we choose only those crystals distinguished by exceptional clarity, transparency, depth of colour and expression. Every individual crystal is selected, examined and assessed by hand in our Swiss atelier. It is then carefully broken by hand and meticulously sorted by size, creating the different grain sizes within the Grande Rarité line. The process is slow, exacting and uncompromisingly honest. The resulting quantities are small.
