We currently deliver orders placed through our online shop to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery to other countries is possible by prior written agreement. Additional shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may apply. These are agreed individually before the order is placed or levied by the destination country.
Shipping Costs
The following shipping charges apply to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Light shipping: CHF 4.50 – for suitable smaller shipments, including brushes, gilders’ tips, tweezers, selected gold-leaf and silver-leaf booklets, and 100g and 200g salt pouches. Two 100g salt pouches may also be shipped at this rate if their weight, dimensions and packaging permit dispatch in a suitable mailing envelope.
Standard shipping: CHF 10.50 – for regular parcels and for products or order quantities that are unsuitable for light shipping because of their weight, dimensions or packaging.
We offer free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein on orders with a product value of CHF 45.– or more.
Selected gold flakes and gold powders are shipped free of charge regardless of order value. These products are marked accordingly in our online shop.
The shipping costs applicable to your order are displayed in the shopping cart or at checkout before you complete your purchase. For orders containing different items, shipping charges depend on the combination of products and the applicable shipping terms.
Different shipping charges may apply to custom-made products, bulk orders or individually agreed deliveries. These are stated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
Delivery Time
The usual delivery time within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is generally three to seven business days from receipt of the order or the required payment.
For personalised products, bespoke items, products from our Gold Atelier and other goods made to order, the delivery times stated in the quotation, on the product page or in the order confirmation apply.
Delivery may be delayed during periods of particularly high demand, company holidays, public holidays or exceptional circumstances. Delivery dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Huber Gold Switzerland.
Dispatch and Tracking
Orders are generally dispatched by Swiss Post to the delivery address provided when the order is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, the confirmation will include the relevant tracking link.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing the order. Additional costs resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address, an uncollected parcel or a repeated delivery attempt may be charged to the customer.
If the customer authorises the carrier to leave the parcel in a designated place, the shipment is deemed delivered once it has been properly deposited at the agreed location.

Glass and Stainless-Steel Salt Mill with Ceramic Grinding Mechanism – for Grains up to 6 mm
Clean grinding. Precise seasoning.
This glass and stainless-steel mill is designed for our natural salts and gilded salt varieties. Restrained in appearance and functional in use, it is suited to reliable everyday use and an even, controlled grind.
The transparent glass body keeps the contents visible at all times. Its ceramic grinding mechanism is corrosion-resistant, neutral in taste and particularly well suited to salt. Dry crystals of up to approximately 6 mm may be used, provided they are suitable for milling.
The grind can be adjusted from fine to coarse, allowing the texture and quantity to be matched precisely to the dish.
For Natural and Gilded Salts
The mill is suitable for classic culinary salts, Persian Blue Salt and gilded salt varieties. A separate mill is especially worthwhile for rare salts: it keeps each variety dry, pure and distinct, while allowing controlled seasoning directly at the table.
Why Ceramic?
Salt can corrode conventional metal grinding mechanisms over time. Ceramic is corrosion-resistant and neutral in taste. It grinds reliably without compromising the salt or its gilded finish, and remains hygienic and easy to maintain.
Filling and Care
Fill the glass body with completely dry salt and close the mill securely. Adjust the grind using the control at the top. Do not rinse the grinding mechanism with water. Brush it out dry when required and wipe the exterior with a slightly damp cloth.
