Our Story
It began with a simple observation:
For a long time, luxury in food followed familiar images. Gold leaf on a surface. Gold powder as a fine accent. Flakes as a decorative detail. Beautiful, yet familiar.
We wanted edible gold not merely to rest upon a creation, but to become part of it. A sugar cube is not simply decorated, but gilded individually. A salt crystal is not dusted, but carefully finished with 24K gold.
From this idea emerged an atelier approach in Switzerland – one that requires time, calm and precise work. Every piece is handled, examined and completed individually, without industrial shortcuts.
Every piece is made by hand in our atelier: not through volume or the logic of machinery, but through concentration, precision and the determination to create something genuinely distinctive.
The result is a collection that does not follow the ordinary, but speaks a language of its own.
Craftsmanship without Shortcuts
Nothing in our atelier is left to chance. Gold leaf, salt crystals and refined sugar creations are examined, prepared and completed one by one. What matters is not speed or volume, but care, sensitivity to the material and the commitment to treat every piece with the same quiet attention.
Our Responsibility
We believe that quality begins not only with the product itself, but also with the decisions behind it.
Wherever possible, we therefore place our orders with companies in Switzerland, preferably within our own region. From labels, glass jars and packaging to design, IT and bespoke craftsmanship, we deliberately work with partners who share our understanding of care, precision and responsibility.
In doing so, we support Swiss craftsmanship and local businesses while also avoiding unnecessarily long transport routes. For us, this is not a passing trend, but part of our
principle: value should, wherever possible, be created in the same place in which our products are completed with patience and dedication.
