This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data only. Orders and contractual relationships are subject to our General Terms and Conditions. Returns, complaints and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Returns Policy and the relevant provisions of our General Terms and Conditions.

5. Shopify

Our online shop is operated using the Shopify e-commerce platform. Shopify provides the technical infrastructure for displaying the shop, managing products, orders and customer accounts, and for certain payment, security and analytics functions.

When you use our shop, personal data may be processed by Shopify and companies affiliated with Shopify. Depending on the function used, Shopify may also process data in countries outside Switzerland.

6. Orders, Payments and Shipping

When you place an order, we process the data required to conclude and perform the contract.

For delivery, we disclose in particular your name, delivery address and the contact details required for delivery to the appointed shipping or logistics provider.

For personalised products, bespoke items and business-customer orders, we also process the texts, names, logos, design specifications and other order details supplied by you.

We use the Judge.me review service to manage and display product reviews.

If you submit a review or are invited to review a product after an order, Judge.me may process in particular your name, email address, the content of the review and a reference to the relevant order.

Only the information intended for publication as part of the review is displayed publicly. Your full email address is not published.

The processing carried out by Judge.me is additionally governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.
