Cancellation and Returns

Orders are binding. There is no general right to withdraw from or cancel an order, or to return goods.

Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods may be reported in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. Please contact us within five working days of receiving the delivery at info@hubergold.ch and provide a brief description together with suitable photographs.

Food products, edible gold and silver, opened or unsealed products, and personalised, custom-made or made-to-order goods are excluded from return unless they are defective, damaged or have been delivered incorrectly.

Returns may be sent only with the prior written approval of Huber Gold Switzerland. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
