Our edible gold leaf pieces are irregular sections of genuine 23K gold leaf. Larger than conventional flakes yet freer than an intact leaf, they create organic golden accents with a particularly artisanal character.
Each piece differs in contour and size. Some lie softly across a surface, while others rise lightly and catch the light along delicate folds. The result is never rigid or repetitive, but individual and alive.

Gold leaf pieces are ideal for desserts, pralines, chocolate, cakes, pâtisserie, cocktails, sushi, cheese, savoury creations and meticulously plated gourmet dishes. They are particularly suited wherever gold should appear generous yet naturally arranged.
Application
The pieces may be lifted with fine antistatic tweezers, a dry brush or, with clean and completely dry fingers, placed directly onto the desired surface. Work away from draughts. They adhere especially well to slightly moist, creamy or fat-based surfaces.
