Grande Rarité Éclat d’Or unites the rarest crystals of our Persian Blue Salt with genuine 24K gold. Every individual crystal is selected, examined and assessed by hand in our Swiss atelier – not solely by colour or size, but by transparency, depth of colour, interplay of light and natural presence. The crystals are then carefully broken by hand, sorted and composed in the ideal grain size for high-quality salt mills.
The coarse grain of 3–6 mm reveals the beauty of these exceptional crystals to especially striking effect. Deep blue, petrol, violet and crystal-clear nuances unite with the warm shimmer of genuine gold in a composition that is as fascinating on the plate as it is in a transparent glass mill.
Freshly ground, Grande Rarité Éclat d’Or reveals its exceptional minerality with clear, harmonious depth and fine elegance. The gold remains visible as a subtle accent of light on meat, fish, pasta or refined starters.
