The particular beauty of Atelier Réserve reveals itself quietly. Even in passing, almost from the corner of the eye, there is a sense that these crystals are different. Never ostentatious, yet possessed of a subtle presence that draws the gaze back.
Only on closer inspection does their true character emerge. What may initially recall classic Persian Blue Salt proves in the hand to be something considerably finer: the crystals are not white, but crystal-clear, suffused with a delicate blue luminescence reminiscent of the still depths of a clear mountain lake.
Unlike simpler grades, this selection does not merely contain occasional blue tips. Entire crystal fragments appear time and again, their natural nuances ranging from gentle blue to restrained violet. Graceful, serene and never insistent, Atelier Réserve unfolds in quiet beauty.
For this special edition, every crystal is selected by hand in our Swiss atelier. Only pieces distinguished by clarity, delicate colour and natural elegance become part of this line. The result is a rare atelier selection available only sporadically and in very small quantities – a few dozen kilograms each year.
With its coarse grain of 3.0–6.0 mm, Atelier Réserve is especially suited to glass salt mills and exceptional finishing directly at the table. The larger crystals reveal the salt’s natural beauty as never before.

Storage
