Our edible gold filaments, made from genuine 23K gold, create elegant, linear accents with greater presence. At approximately 2 mm wide, they combine filigree lightness with a clearly visible golden effect.
The filaments catch the light along their length and create a lively, almost mirror-like sheen. They are particularly striking on dark chocolate, deep-coloured glazes, desserts, pâtisserie, canapés and meticulously plated dishes, where their elongated form brings movement and definition to the composition.
Placed individually or arranged in a small constellation, they offer an expressive alternative to flakes, powder and gold leaf – precise, contemporary and unmistakably precious.
Application
Lift and position the filaments with fine antistatic tweezers or a dry brush. They adhere especially well to slightly moist, creamy or fat-based surfaces. Work away from draughts, as the gold is exceptionally light.
