Our edible silver flakes bring a cool, bright shimmer to dishes, desserts and exceptional creations. Their smaller, freely broken form distributes more readily than large flakes and therefore appears especially harmonious – never heavy or flat, but gently animated and alive in the light.

Application
Application is effortless and easy to control.
Using the Huber Gold shaker, the silver flakes can be distributed quickly and cleanly over dishes. Within seconds, they create a fine silver accent – even, visible and effective.
For individual accents, the flakes may also be positioned with fine antistatic tweezers or a dry brush.
