Gold leaf, silver leaf and delicate gold shapes are wafer-thin, light and extremely sensitive to static charge – the wrong pair of tweezers will cling more readily than it grips. Our high-precision tweezers in medical-grade stainless steel with an antistatic coating were developed for precisely this purpose: secure, accurate and residue-free handling of precious-metal decorations of every kind.
At 120 mm in length, they sit comfortably in the hand while providing sufficient distance from the working surface – ideal for exact placement on cakes, pralines, desserts and finely composed dishes. Their tapered tips securely grasp even the smallest gold hearts and 2 × 2 mm squares without tearing or distorting them.

Why antistatic?
With conventional metal tweezers, static electricity can cause wafer-thin gold leaf to cling unpredictably, fold or tear. The antistatic coating prevents precisely this: the gold retains its shape and position, can be gripped cleanly and placed accurately. It is a decisive advantage when working with delicate precious-metal decorations.
Care & Cleaning
After use, simply clean with a slightly damp cloth or under running water. The stainless-steel surface is corrosion-resistant and hygienic. Allow the tweezers to dry completely before their next use to preserve the antistatic performance.
