Deep in the heart of Iran, far removed from industrial agriculture and modern environmental influences, lie ancient salt formations created over millions of years. Our Persian natural salt is extracted from these pristine deposits entirely by hand – carefully mined, traditionally processed and left completely natural, without artificial additives or industrial refining.
Its natural mineral richness is particularly remarkable. Unlike most European salts, Persian Blue Salt naturally contains significant amounts of potassium chloride. While conventional Persian Blue Salt generally contains around 13–17% potassium chloride, our mine is exceptionally rich, reaching a natural content of up to 24.8%.
With its fine grain of 0.5–1.5 mm, the salt dissolves quickly and disperses evenly – ideal for daily use in the kitchen, at the table and for delicately seasoning a wide variety of dishes. Its mild, rounded flavour unites a pristine origin with natural minerality.

Why Persian Blue Salt?
Persian Blue Salt is regarded as one of the purest natural salts in the world. It is free from the microplastic contamination found in some sea salts and undergoes no industrial processing. Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed container. Salt naturally has an unlimited shelf life; provided it remains dry, it retains its quality and flavour indefinitely.
